The year is 2019, Richard was working at a salon on Monmouth Street in Covent Garden, whilst Wangui was a few shops down working as a store assistant.

One random day in November, Richard walked over to the shop and scouted her as a hair model. Wangui, however, prefers to think that he saw her beauty, and he simply had to shoot his shot. Nothing came of it then, though.

Fast-forward to January 2020, Richard reapproached Wangui. This time, an appointment date, which happened to fall on his birthday, was set. Our story began.

Four dates later - always ending with a drink at Dalla Terra, COVID did its dramatic, world-stopping thing, but we made it! The story continues to unfold, and we hope it goes on forever and ever!
